Véronique A.Assistant
Véronique started Krav Maga in 2012 without any previous martial arts experience. It was the search for self-defense techniques both efficient and realistic that brought her to Krav Maga. After researching a few schools from different federations, she chose Krav Maga Self-Defense Montreal for its emphasis on technique (precision and detail when performing a technique are key to its efficiency).
While we are seldom entirely ready for any scenario, 4 years of Krav Maga training have made her more prepared and confident if she found herself in a dangerous situation. In her role as an assistant, she enjoys guiding the newer students through their learning of the foundational techniques because she believes that everyone should know how to properly react in a dangerous situation.
